Heath Clark
SR. VICE PRESIDENT - REAL ESTATE
Heath Clark has over 18 years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience, including office, retail and industrial real estate management. With extensive real estate experience in a wide variety of property and tenant types spanning over 6 million square feet, Heath overseas all asset and property management functions at UTR. Heath graduated from the University of Missouri in St. Louis with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. and from California State University - Fullerton with his Master of Business Administration (MBA). He obtained his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Heath currently holds an active California Real Estate Brokers License and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Paula Langevin
Senior property manager
Paula Langevin has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience, including office, retail and industrial real estate management. Paula is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of all real properties under management. Paula has her associates in Business Administration from Coastline Community College in Fountain Valley, CA. She has her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) and currently sits on the Council of the OC Chapter of IREM on the Education Committee. In addition, Paula has her California Real Estate Brokers License and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).
Jack Walker
Real Estate Assistant
Bringing fresh energy and innovation to the real estate scene, Jack Walker joined United Trust Realty in May 2023. At 19 years old, he's already making waves in the industry. With roles spanning from property management, lease administration, and the creation of this website, Jack is a versatile and dynamic contributor to our team. He's also earned his notary signing agent certification and holds a California real estate license, a remarkable feat for someone of his age. Jack embodies the spirit of dedication and hard work. As a Real Estate Assistant, he handles a multitude of tasks. His drive to succeed and commitment to our clients make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Armando Townsend
SENIOR DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGER
Armando has over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction. Prior to UTR, Armando held Senior Project Manager positions with Cushman & Wakefield and Southern California Edison, where he managed infrastructure projects as well as the development, construction, renovation, maintenance, and operation of over 600,000 SF of commercial spaces throughout the United States with a strong focus in California. He also spent time working with commercial and residential developers and was involved in the creation of over 2,000 lots for home building and development across over 500 acres. Armando graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Amy Foster
Property Accountant
Amy, our dedicated Property Accountant, specializing in commercial real estate accounting. With 13 years of property management experience and 8 years in commercial real estate accounting, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Amy’s career journey includes management and accounting roles with Arcshtone, Legacy Partners and Arteco Management, where she was a key member of the project team that successfully oversaw the completion of the Riverside Food Lab and Cookhouse Food Hall. Her educational foundation includes a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing Management from Cal Poly Pomona. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Amy is a compassionate individual who volunteers her time with organizations like OPARC and local foodbanks. She’s also an avid participant in a monthly book club and self-proclaimed concert enthusiast, always eager to experience live music.
Richard Snyder
Controller
As the Controller, Richard is responsible for the delivery of financial services, including accounting, treasury and reporting. Richard brings over 10 years of commercial and residential property management accounting experience to UTR, having served in an Accounting Manager capacity at Sares-Regis Group and KBS Realty Advisors. He also brings over 5 years of construction accounting experience from his time as a Senior Manager of Accounting with The Irvine Company. He graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with B.S. in Accountancy and received his MBA from University of LaVerne.
Dylan Langevin
Assistant Property manager
Dylan came to UTR from Athena Property Management. He assists the property management team and accounting department. Dylan is involved with IREM Young Professionals and currently holds a California Real Estate License.
